Hogarth’s House re-opens Tuesday 22nd September
Following our closure due to Covid-19, we will be re-opening Hogarth’s House in accordance with government guidelines.
How are we working to keep people safe?
Your safety is paramount to us so we have made adjustments to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. The House is quite small, and we need to limit numbers to keep everybody safe, so we are offering free timed tickets that need to be booked in advance to gain entry to the House.
Each ticket entitles up to six people who identify as one household or bubble to exclusive access to the House for 40 minutes. You don’t have to be a group of six, any number is fine, and each booking will have the House to themselves so there will be no other visitors you need to social distance from while you are with us.
When you arrive for your visit, one of our Customer Service Assistants will welcome you from a safe distance and ask you for the name and phone number of the lead booker of the group for the purposes of Test and Trace. These details will be held for 21 days before being destroyed and will only be used if needed for Test and Trace.
In accordance with the government’s guidance for museums and heritage sites, we ask that you please wear a mask for the duration of your visit unless you are exempt.
What else is different about visiting?
Our staff will be wearing PPE and will be cleaning the site between each visit. Hand sanitiser stations have also been installed onsite, which we encourage visitors to use before and after their visit.
To ensure we can be as safe and clean as possible for our visitors, the public toilets will not be available to visitors at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience.
When can I visit?
Our opening times will remain the same: Tuesday to Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays from 12-5pm.
How do I book?
Book your free 40-minute time slot to have an exclusive visit to Hogarth’s House via Eventbrite.
I have a question or a concern about my visit, who do I contact?
